HENDRICKS, Richard Allan

The Arizona Daily Star, July 2, 2004 Richard Allan Hendricks, 74, of Tucson, passed away June 30, 2004. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on October 13, 1929. Richard is a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church and the Rotary Club, owner of Home, Garden and Patio Store in Tucson. He is survived by wife of 49 years, Lynette Hendricks; two sons, Douglas Hendricks, M.D., Tom Hendricks; two daughters, Pamela Boland, M.D., Amy Cacciatore and seven grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 100 p.m. Sunday, July 4, 2004 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 750 W. Chapala Drive, Tucson. Rev. Carla L. Williams will be officiating. In the memory of Richard, memorial contributions can be made to Desert Dialysis, 2022 E. Prince Rd., 85719.
