Carl Lobley has risen to heaven with his Lord, joining his daughters, Carla Jane and Billie Jo, his parents and many loved relatives and friends. Carl is survived by his wife, Lou; his daughters, Ellen Butterbaugh, Tucson and Lou Anne Price, Coos Bay, Oregon; granddaughters, Carla and Erika Butterbaugh; brothers, Bill, Albuquerque and Edwin of Indiana. Services will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 100 p.m. at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Chapel. Interment to follow in St. Andrew's columbarium. Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 7650 N. Paseo del Norte, Tucson 85704, or the charity of your choice.
