The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 07/18/2006 Joyce Arlene Clark, 59, of Pinetop, died July 12, 2006, at Navapache Regional Medical Center in Show Low. Joyce was born March 27, 1947, at Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Jack and Hellen (Allender) Armstrong. She was raised and attended school at Laverne Elementary and Jefferson High School in Phoenix. She was a young homemaker for a number of years. She worked for Sperry Flight Systems for 14 years, retiring in 1989. She came to Pinetop in 1991. She worked for Meals on Wheels at the Show Low Senior Center, where she cooked and delivered food. She was married to Robin Clark April 2, 1982, in Glendale. Joyce enjoyed fishing, rock hunting, camping and collecting frogs. She loved everyone, her grandchildren number one. She was a member of the Blue Ridge Christian Center. Joyce is survived by her husband, Robin; daughter, Windy (Dennis) Wilbanks of Tonto Basin; son, Michael (Nora) Yelton of Dublin, Virginia; three sisters, Judy Daniels of Mesa, Janice Collins of Phoenix and Jean Collins of Sunray, Texas; brother, Joe (Nancy) Briggs of Gilbert; six grandchildren. A memorial service was held at 1 p.m, Saturday, July 15 at Blue Ridge Christian Center in Pinetop-Lakeside with Pastor Otis McCloud officiating.
