Last Monday, Mrs. Beulah Dean died at Good Samaritan in Phoenix.

She was born on May 20, 1911 in Kentucky.

She is survived by her husband, Howard Dean and 2 grandchildren.

A viewing is scheduled Wednesday night from 6 to 8 at the Valley Funeral Home Chapel.  The Funeral will be held Thursday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
