MILSTEAD, Jim

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg Arizona October 9, 1980 Services for Jim Milstead, who died last Thursday, were held at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo, Wyoming last Monday. His ashes were scattered. Jim had been hospitalized since August 20. Jim Milstead was born on April 4, 1914 in Cody, Wyoming. He served in the United States Air Force in a Bomber Squad in the European Theater. After his discharge he settled in Cheyenne, Wyoming and became a microfilm operator. He and Merlin were married in 1971. Jim was a member of the Francis E. Self, Post 6 of the American Legion in Cheyenne and a Director of the Desert Caballeros Western Museum here. The family request that memorials be given to the Museum. Merlin Milstead is expected to return to her home in Wickenburg about the middle of the month.
