Roy Alford Van Horn, 67, of Wickenburg died in the Maricopa County Hospital on Nov. 9.

Born in Nebraska, he was a gas station attendant by profession.

Survivors include a brother, Robert Van Horn; and six sisters, Mildred Sundell, Hazel Helgrin, Dorothea Watts, Florence Sobolik, Betty Shurm, and Mary Van Horn.

Burial services were held in Fremont, Neb.
