TOWNS, Jessie Lee

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ February 6, 1991, p.2 Jessie Lee Towns, 81 died January 28 at a Scottsdale Nursing Home. Mrs. Towns was born in 1909 in Oklahoma, was raised in Leavenworth, Kansas and moved to Arizona in 1938. She was former resident of Wickenburg. Survivors include a son, Henry Towns of Plattsmouth, Nebraska; a daughter, Gloria McCann of Phoenix; a brother, Edgar M. Bagwell of Phoenix and Payson; two sisters, Lottie Jones of Escondido, Calif. and Polly Fitzgerald of Independence, Kansas; four grandsons and one granddaughter; four great-grand-children; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services were in Phoenix with burial at the Greenwood Memorial on January 31.
