STONER, Shirley Jeanne

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 08/01/2006 Shirley Stoner passed away July 28, 2006 in Pinetop. She was born March 29, 1931 in Auburn, New York. Shirley was a Registered Nurse and spent many years caring for others and especially enjoyed geriatric rehabilitation nursing. She took pleasure in painting, reading, crafts, and family. She loved nature, and enjoyed picnics and barbeques with family. Shirley is survived by her husband, Bob Stoner of Pinetop; son, Thomas (Dee) Stoner of Show Low; daughter, Teresa (Chris) Holladay of Show Low; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A memorial service was held Monday, July 31 at 11 a.m. at Owens Mortuary, Show Low. Interment was a Show Low Cemetery Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
