Jeanne Taylor Spader, 85, died peacefully at her son's home in Snowflake Aug. 5, 2006.
Jeanne was born in Salt Lake City, Utah Jan. 7, 1921, the daughter of Theodore and Almira Mae (Taylor) Nystrom. She was married to George William Spader, Sr. She served as a U.S. Navy nurse in World War II. She served others as a nurse all her life.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother.
Survivors include her six children, Vicki of West Jordan, Utah, Carrie of Taylor, Bill of Las Vegas, Nev., Myrna of Las Vegas, Nev., Tad (Anna) of Snowflake, and Mary of West Jordan, Utah; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Jeanne will be laid to rest in the Manti City Cemetery, Manti, Utah, at 3 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 10.
