She was born on February 27, 1944 in Dallas, TX and married Walter Franks on December 13th, 46 years ago. Preceded in death by son, J.R. Survived by husband, Walter Franks, Sr.; brother, Charles Maddux and daughters, Cindy, Mary and Yvonda; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. 

Funeral service Noon, Monday, December 18, 2006 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Saguaro Park Ward, 1655 S. Melpomene Way, with interment to follow in Binghampton Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to service time, Monday, at the church. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL , 6910 E. Broadway.
