Kenneth H. Edinger, 89, of Holbrook, died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006, at RTA Hospice and Palliative Care in Lakeside.
Kenneth was born Aug. 1, 1917, at Berea, Ohio, the son of Franklin and Edith (Mesick) Edinger. He was a U.S. Army Corporal and veteran of World War II, serving in France. Before entering the Army, he worked for Buick Motor Division in Flint, Michigan. Following his military service he worked in civil service for 20 years at Luke Air Force Base. He loved his farm and going to a local Holbrook restaurant for lunch each day.
Kenneth is survived by many friends and his dog, Kid.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 9, at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Phoenix.
Arrangements were under the direction of Black's Mortuary, Show Low.
