HENRIE, Robert Juan

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 09/15/2006 Robert Juan Henrie, 70, died at his home in Eagar, Sept.10, 2006. Bob was born in Richfield, Utah April 19, 1936 to Robert Garth and Juanita Parker Henrie. He served in the National Guard and was a school teacher and a security guard by profession. He became disabled in 1993. Bob loved music and played in a dance band all through high school and college, as well as several years after he was married. He married Karen Brunson, June 23, 1961 in the Manti Temple in Manti, Utah. He was an active member in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His survivors include his wife, Karen Henrie, Eagar; son, Michael Robert Henrie, Citrus Heights, Calif.; and Keith Leon Henrie, Eagar; daughter, Michelle Cagle, Rockford, Minn.; sister, Evelyn Allen, Visalia, Calif.; and 13 grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents, Robert and Juanita Henrie, son, Gregory Henrie; and grandson, Nicholas Henrie. Funeral services will be Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Amity Ward, Eagar at 11 a.m. Visitation and viewing will be at 10 a.m. just prior to the service. Burnham Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
