Randall (Randy) Downing, 53, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born April 6, 1954, in Decrah, Iowa, passed away April 17, 2007, in Calif., while working there.  
   
A celebration of Randy's life will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2007, at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez, Prescott, Ariz. with a gathering reception in the Carriage House following the service.    
                
Private cremation at Bradshaw Crematory, Prescott Valley Ariz.
