SHANKS, Tex

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ March 20, 1991, p. 2 Tex Shanks, 82, of Salome died March 11 in Sun City. Mr. Shanks was born April 20, 1908 in Allen, Texas. He had lived in Arizona for the past 50 years. Mr. Shanks was a member of the La Paz County Sheriff’s Posse. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, of Salome; a grandson, Kay Sharpe of Port St. Lucie, Florida; and several nieces and nephews. There were no services. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
