MACAULAY, Susan Marie

Susan Marie Macaulay 4/6/1950 - 6/29/2010 60 years old, passed from this life to the next after succumbing to the effects of a long suffered illness. Born in the Chicago area, where she spent her first 25 years before moving to Tucson with her family in 1975. She soon after married her husband, Donald Macaulay and gave birth to three children, Joseph, Michael and Rebecca. She was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, frequently attended prayer meetings, read daily scriptures and performed in the church choir. Her deep love and beautiful smile gently warmed the hearts and spirits of all those fortunate to have met her. In death, she is reunited with her mother, Lolita and father, Mathias "Ty" Maher. She is survived by her husband, Donald; her son, Joseph, his wife, Athena; and their three children, Eliana, Kate and Easton Macaulay; her son, Michael; her daughter, Rebecca; her brother, Paul Maher and sister, Barbara Scofield. She is loved and will be missed by all. Memorial Service 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 9, 2010 at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church. Reception will follow.
