Warren L. Overstreet, 72, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Dec. 14, 1937, in Hattiesburg, Miss., passed away June 24, 2010.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2010, at the VA Chapel in Prescott, Ariz.

Sunrise Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
