MILLER, Robert L. (Bob)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, June 2, 2010 Robert L. Miller, age 71, passed away June 19, 2010, in Prescott, Ariz. He was born Nov. 25, 1938, in Peoria, Ill., the son of Robert P. and Elizabeth Beckett Miller. He married Phyllis Meismer on Feb. 14, 1961, and they shared 49 years together. Bob served our country in the U.S. Air Force and worked in the U.S. Post Office for 32 years before his retirement. He volunteered at the VA Hospital in Prescott. Bob is survived by his wife Phyllis; two sons, Todd of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Christopher of Tempe, Ariz.; and grandson Michael. Private family services will take place. The family suggests memorials be made in his memory to the Cancer Society. Heritage Memory Mortuary in Prescott is caring for the family. Information provided by survivors.
