Helen Milosebich Sansone, 72, of Phoenix died July 2 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix.
Mrs. Sansone was born June 18, 1919 in St. Louis, Mo. She had lived in Arizona for the past 31 years.
She was well-known in the Wickenburg area, living part of each year for 22 years in a home she and her husband, Michael Sansone, shared in Aguila since 1968.
Mrs. Sansone was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Phoenix.
She was a graduate of St. Louis Harris Teachers College in St. Louis and taught elementary school in Phoenix for many years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Tanya Thal of Phoenix; a son, Lt. Col. Anthony Sansone, USAF of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; and four grandchildren.
Mass was said Saturday, July 6 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Burial will be in St. Louis.
