The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 24, 1991, p. 2 Kenneth E. Williams, 65, of Congress died July 17 in Congress. Mr. Williams was born Sept. 6, 1925 in Lander, Wyoming. He had lived in Arizona for the past 39 years. He was a graduate of Riverton (Wyoming) High School and worked as a ranch hand for most of his life. During World War II he worked in a defense plant in Nebraska. Mr. Williams was a longtime rodeo rider and roper, who had roped in Madison Square Garden. Survivors include a daughter, Heather Goldsmith of Tucson; a step-daughter, Serena Stephenson of Cincinnati, Ohio; one sister, Wanda Lucas of Riverton, Wyoming; a brother, Arthur Williams of Brigger, Montana; a half-sister, Erma McGuire; and a granddaughter, Caitlin Goldsmith of Tucson. A second sister, Rhea, preceded him in death. Graveside services were Saturday, July 20 at the Congress Cemetery.
