The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 7, 1991, p. 2 Roger W. Hazard, 69, of Wickenburg died July 31 in Wickenburg. Mr. Hazard was born August 7, 1921 in Brookline, Massachusetts. He had lived in Arizona for the past three and one-half years. Mr. Hazard moved to California when he was 2 years old and lived there until 1963, moving to Hawaii. He lived in Hawaii until 1987, moving to Prescott in that year and to Wickenburg in 1990. Survivors include his wife, Kay; three sons, Random Hazard, Larry Mullins and Richard Mullins; and three daughters; Milodie Keaunui, Brooke Hazard, and Cheryl Koon. Private disposition was conducted, with interment at the All Saints Cemetery in Kapaa, Kuai, Hawaii. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Maricopa Division, 1445 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix 85014.
