Warren Lederer, 84, of Wickenburg died August 9 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Mr. Lederer had lived in Arizona since 1978; prior to that, he was a lifelong resident of New Jersey.
He was married to his wife, Alice, who survives him, in 1946.
He was employed by the Life Office Management Association in New York City for 35 years, retiring in 1971.
Mr. Lederer was a graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey, where he was Phi Beta Kappa.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in World War II. He was a member of the El Zaribah Shrine Temple, Wickenburg Shrine Club and the Elks Lodge. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Wickenburg.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Eric Lederer of Mission Viejo, California and two grandchildren, Jeremy and Jessica Lederer.
Memorial Services will be conducted at the First Presbyterian Church, with a time and date to be announced.
Memorial contributions may be made to the El Zaribah Shrine Temple’s Crippled Children’s Fund.
