GONZALES, Frank Laos (Pancho)

Frank "Pancho" Laos Gonzales passed away October 8th, 2007 at the age of 67. Frank "Pancho" was in the restaurant business for 41 years and ran Pancho's Mexican Restaurants. In 1994 he joined the Royal Buick family until he retired earlier this year. Pancho was also an active member of the Tucson Conquistadors from 1971 and earned life member status in 1988. In 1982 he served as the Joe Garagiola Tucson Open Tournament Chairman. Frank "Pancho" is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Juliette Laos Gonzales and brother, Ronald. He is survived by wife, Louise Jacobson; daughters, Julie (Martin) Kaplan, Deanna (Michael) Saucerman; son, Frank (Cherie) Gonzales, and three step-daughters, Ginny, Chrissy, and Amy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight step-grandchildren. Mass will be held at the St. Augustine Cathedral on Friday October 12th, 2007 at 10:30 A.M.
