GUTIERREZ, Lucia C.

Lucia C. Gutierrez, age 82, passed away May 4, 2010.

She was born in Valedon, New Mexico and lived in Tucson for 56 years. Retired from TUSD after serving over 26 years as a teacher's aide in the bilingual program since it started.

Survived by her husband, Merced; son, Conrad (Dianne); grandson, Martin; daughter, Marcia; brothers, Rodolfo, Benjamin and their families.

Visitation and Rosary will be Sunday, May 9, 2010 at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL, 7 E. University Blvd. A Mass will be held at St. Margaret's Church, 801 N. Grande on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
