GILLIAM, Barbara Elaine

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 10/27/2006 Barbara Elaine Gilliam, 73, died at Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff, Oct. 23, 2006. She was born July 7, 1933 in Dorsett, Ohio. Barbara liked to go for walks in the forest, play in her roses, spend time with her family and friends and go for walks around the lake. Her survivors include son, Donnie Gilliam, Eagar; daughters, Diane Oltesvig, Springerville, Donna Armstrong, Eagar; Chuck Potter, Deming, N.M.; and Marlene Kozik, Missouri; 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Betty Fresher, Warren, Ohio. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Gilliam, son, Leon Gilliam and two grandchildren, Bert and Orpah Lou Camp. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct 28 at 11 a.m. at the First Assembly of God Church, Springerville. Friends are invited to attend a visitation Saturday, Oct 28 from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at the Nutrioso Cemetery. Burnham Mortuary handled arrangements.
