FREEMAN, Gladys

FREEMAN, Gladys, was born May 23, 1931. 

She was married in 1948 to Willard Cooper. Gladys had 12 children. She was preceded in death by Cynthia, who died at birth and Steven Cooper, who died in 2005. Survived by Sue Fleming, Scott Cooper, Stanley Cooper, David Cooper, Terry Cooper, Cindy Cooper, Dennis Cooper, Jodie Sholtis, Linda Lucas and Lisa Cooper; 29 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. In 1976 Gladys returned to school, with children still at home, to get her college degree while holding a management position at Circle K in Tucson, Arizona. She graduated college with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 1980. Her first husband Willard Cooper, the father of her children, passed away in 1993 and she found happiness once again when she married Jack Freeman, in 2001. 

Visitation 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, July 12, 2010 at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway, with Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be offered 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 1375 S. Camino Seco.
