HAVERSTICK, John G. Jr.

HAVERSTICK, Jr., John G., 95, of Tucson, passed away on July 8, 2010.

He was born January 17, 1915, son of the late John G. and Chloe M. (Wright) Haverstick, Sr. John retired from the US Army in 1961 with the rank of Master Sergeant. He served in the European Theater during WWII and later in Korea during the conflict. He has resided in Tucson for the past 48 years. He is survived by a son, Stephen V. Haverstick of Tucson; three grandchildren, Terry, Steve and Wendy; three great- grandchildren, Sidney, Bailey and Jayden. His sister, Isabelle Harger resides in Indiana and seasonally in Tucson.
