Shane Boles, 29, a U. S. Postal Service carrier for the Hopi Station, died May 13, 1986, at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. Mr. Boles, of Phoenix, was born in Batavia, Ohio, and was brought to Arizona 10 years ago from Ohio. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran. Survivors include his wife, Cindy L.; daughters, Heather Seane, Sky Erraen and Aubrey Royce; mother, Ruth E. Simpson, and sisters, Leslie K. Schmitt and Carol A. Thomas.
