BOROVAY, Ida

Ida Borovay, 84, former proprietor of Borovay Department store in Phoenix, died May 1, 1986, at Phoenix Mountain Nursing Home.  

Mrs. Borovay, of Phoenix, was born in Russia and moved to Arizona 25 years ago from Chicago.  

Survivors include her daughter, Bernice Siegel; son, Melvin H.; a sister, two brothers; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.  

Graveside services will be at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Beth El Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren.  Sinai Mortuary made arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be made to Beth El Congregation, 1116 W. Glendale Ave., Phoenix, 85021.
