QUACKENBUSH, Roy Terry

Roy Terry Quackenbush, 69, of Phoenix, a retired telephone repairman, died Feb. 5, 1994.  

He was born in Brooklyn, N. Y., and was a Navy veteran.  

Survivors include his stepsister, Virginia Traetman.  

Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710 W. Bethany Home Road.  Services at the funeral home.
