Elmer Charles
CLARK, Elmer Charles, 76, a member of the First Baptist Church, died Tuesday en route to Mesa Southside Hospital.
Mr. Clark, 309 E. Baseline, a retired farmer, came to Arizona 43 years ago and had resided in Mesa the past 42 years. He was a Masonic lodge member in County Line, Arkansas. He was born in Wray, Colorado.
Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Gibbons Mortuary, 33 N. Sirrine. Friends may call there from 4 to 9 p.m. today. Burial will be in Mesa Cemetery with graveside rites by Oriental Masonic Lodge 20 members.
Survivors include his wife, Mattie E.; two daughters, Mrs. Elaine Smith of Lakeside, Mont., and Mrs. Helena Bouton of San Diego; four brothers and five sisters out of state; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services Gibbons Garden Chapel, 33 North Sirrine, Mesa. Rev. Steve Kmetko, First Baptist Church of Mesa officiating.
