OVIATT, Carrie

Mrs. Carrie Oviatt, 73, who moved to Phoenix 11 years ago from Bensenville, Illinois, died yesterday (16 Sept 1967) in Memorial Hospital.  

Mrs. Oviatt, 1904 W. Palm Lane, was born in Madrid, Iowa.  She was a Baptist.  

Services will be at 7 .m. today in Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback.  Friends may call there after 8 a.m. today.  Burial will be in Perry, Iowa.  

Survivors include her husband, Jess; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Conery of Phoenix; a son, Bernard of Buckeye; a brother and a sister out of state; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
