Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Tuesday, July 13, 2010 Anne Jordan Jackson, 77, died peacefully Saturday, July 10, 2010, after an extended illness. Mrs. Jackson, a third-generation Arizonan from Sedona, was a devoted and loving daughter, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her knack for telling stories and striking up conversations with almost every person she met made an impression on many people over the years. Her love of animals and interest in history have been instilled in her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Jackson is survived by her children, Deborah Roberts (Steve) of Flagstaff, Jacqueline Jackson of Colorado Springs, Jordan Jackson (Lisa) of Sedona, Daniel Jackson of Scottsdale and Sally Jackson of Prescott; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Stuart Jackson, on March 30, 1983. A celebration of her life will be Oct. 9 at Jordan Historical Museum in Sedona.
