SHEA, Thomas R.


Thomas R. Shea, 76, a retired inspector for the Kensington Steel Co., who moved here 11 years ago from Chicago, died yesterday (Dec 2, 1964) in Doctors Hospital. Mr. Shea, 1733 E. Roma, had been with the steel firm 26 years. He was born in Palmer, Illinois. Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. tomorrow in Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas. Requiem High Mass will be sung at 8 a.m. Saturday in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 4510 N. 24th St. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 2 p.m. today. Survivors include his wife, Janet N.; three daughters, Mrs. George A. Folmer, Mrs. Catherine Maloney, and Mrs. Dorothy Kasza, all of Phoenix; a brother, Bernard of Springfield, Illinois; and 11 grandchildren. The Arizona Republic and Gazette Thursday, December 3, 1964.
