HENDRICKS, Pauline Berniece

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 12/05/2006 Pauline Berniece Hendricks, 93, went to Our Father in Heaven Nov. 30, 2006 at Webb's Adult Care Home in Snowflake. She was born in Salt Fork, Oklahoma Feb. 26, 1913. She lived a full life and was a retired LPN from St. Luke's Hospital and also Mercy Medical Center both in Idaho. Pauline is survived by daughter, Diane (Warren) Briggs of Snowflake; two sons, Bill (Mary Jean) Cotton of Theodore, Alabama and John (Elaine) Cotton of Post Falls, Idaho; 19 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, William J. Cotton; her second husband, Leon Hendricks; daughter, Dorothy Smith; a grandson, two great-grandchildren; her parents and 13 siblings. Services are pending at a later time. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to RTA Hospice and Palliative Care, l780 W. Commerce Dr., Lakeside, AZ 85929.
