Dessie Mae Parker slipped away quietly Dec. 14, 2006 from the Friendship House in Springerville, when her Lord said, "come on home, Mae, its time." 
      
Mae was born April 25, 1920 in Maryland. She lived in Calif. and Oregon before settling in Arizona.
      
Mae left behind her best friend, Gilbert; daughter, Martha Mae Biddle of Maryland, numerous friends from Grace Church in Show Low, her group of domino playing buddies at the Mountain Memory Club, and many others whose lives she had touched. "Goodbye Mae, we've had some great times." You will be missed.
      
Nikki, her beloved animal companion, preceded her in death and was waiting for her on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. Please contact the Grace Church at 537-4817 for memorial arrangements.
