The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 18, 1991, p. 2 Elsa A. Wood, 91, a winter resident of Bagdad, died December 10 in Bagdad. Mrs. Wood, of St. Charles, Michigan, was born July 12, 1900 in East Orange, New Jersey. She had been a winter resident of Bagdad for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, James G. Wood in 1959; and two sons, Noah Wood, in 1958, and James H. Wood, in 1986. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-laws, Dick and Joyce Altman of Bagdad and Earnest and Ruth Ford of St. Charles; two sons and daughters-in-law, Lee and Jean Wood of Saginaw, Michigan and Elmer and Evy Wood of Lansing, Michigan; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter. Services were December 14 in Chesaning, Michigan. Burial followed in the Brant Cemetery in Brant, Michigan.
