The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 25, 1991, p. 2 Billy Carl Stanford, 57, died December 8 in Weatherford, Texas. Mr. Stanford was born December 4, 1934 in Camp Verde. He was a former Wickenburg resident, and attended grades 1-8 in the community. He was the owner of Stanford Racing Form Sales at Turf Paradise in Phoenix. Survivors include his wife, Theresa; three daughters, Pat Mc Duffy, Kim Williams and Pam Stanford; a son, Tim Stanford of Albuquerque, New Mexico; three step-daughters, Debbie, Becky and Kathy Wheeler; four sisters; and nine grandchildren. Services were conducted in Phoenix.
