ALBERT, Joe, Sr.

Services for Joe Albert, Sr., 78, a self-employed farm labor contractor, will be tomorrow in Shiloh Baptist Church, 901 W. Buckeye Road.  Mr. Albert of 1205 W. Buckeye Road, died Wednesday in a Phoenix hospital.  

He was born in Cheneyville, Louisiana, and came to McNary 22 years ago and to Phoenix two years later.  He was a deacon in Shiloh Baptist Church and member of Maricopa Masonic Lodge 1, Prince Hail Affiliate.  

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Rose Curry; a son, Willie, both of Phoenix; 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.  

Friends may call after noon today in Webber and Sons Mortuary, 1641 E. Jefferson.  Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
