STUBBLEFIELD, Forrest G.

Mesa -- Services for Forrest G. Stubblefield, 78, 841 Longwood Loop, who died yesterday, Oct. 12, 1968, at Mesa General Hospital, will be tomorrow at Gibbons Desert View Chapel, 9702 E. Apache Trail.  

Born in Wainwright, Missouri, Mr. Stubblefield was an engineer for Western Union.  He moved to Phoenix eight years ago from St. Louis, Missouri, and then moved here (Mesa) six years ago.  

Mr. Stubblefield was a member of Masonic Lodge 626 AF & AM in St. Louis, the American Radio Relay League, and Arizona Repeaters' Association.  He was a veteran of World War I.  

Survivors include his wife, Adele; two sons, William of San Diego, Claif., and Jack of Hazelwood, Missouri; one brother, Cecil of St. Louis; one sister Olive Ellen of LaDue, MO; and five grandchildren. 

Friends may call today.  Burial in Mountain View Memorial Park.
