SWEET, Robert C.

Police said a Phoenix man on conditional discharge from the Arizona State Hospital was found shot to death yesterday, apparently the victim of a self-inflicted wound.  

They said Robert C. Sweet, 49, of 421 N. 14th St., was found lying at the rear of 426 N. 14th St.  Police said he had been shot in the mouth with a 38-caliber weapon, which was found at his side.
