Jerome “Ken” Kinchalow Hancock, 62, died April 6 in Flagstaff. He was born in Morganfield, Ky., on Nov. 16, 1922. He was an Arizona resident for 43 years.
He married his wife, Patricia in 1947 and served with the Army in the 492nd Engineer Company. He was also a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Hancock operated heavy equipment for 31 years and retired after 10 years with the Arizona Department of Transportation.
In addition to his wife, other survivors include a son, Kerry Neal Hancock, Sr.; one daughter-in-law, Joe Ann; one granddaughter, Kerstin and one grandson, Neal.
Services were at the Seventh-day Adventist Church on April 9 at 10 a.m. with Elder Don and Pastor Rob Houghton officiating. Interment was in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
Arrangements were made through the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
