Maryan Sandy James, 64, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Nov. 30, 1941, in New York City, died Dec. 3, 2005, in Prescott Valley.

Celebration of Life gathering of family and friends will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 12 at the Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel on the corner of Navajo and Valley Road in Prescott Valley, Az.
