Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona July 25, 1985, page 18 Philip L. Carter, 75, of Wickenburg, died July 15 at Boswell Memorial Hospital in Sun City. He was born May 11, 1910 in Pocatello, Idaho and was a Westpark resident for seven years. Survivors include three grandsons, Mark L., Paul K. and Darrin M. Carter and one granddaughter, Jennifer L. Carter. A private cremation was arranged through the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
