BEASLEY, David W.

David W. Beasley, 18, of 5623 W. Meadowbrook, a student at Maryvale High School, was fatally injured in a motorcycle accident Oct. 5, 1979, at 7100 W. Indian School.  

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Beasley; three sisters and a brother.  

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Green Acres Mortuary, 5830 W. Missouri.
