ROWTON, Samuel Lester

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona November 7, 1985, page 21 Samuel Lester Rowton, 54, of Wickenburg, died Oct. 25. He was born Dec. 2, 1930 in Macfarland, Calif., and was an Arizona resident of one year. Rowton worked as a welder in the ship building industry and was a member of the Long Shoreman Union. Survivors include his parents, Mattie and Samuel R. Rowton, of Wickenburg; six sisters; three daughters; two sons and six grandchildren. Services were conducted at the Wickenburg Funeral Home Chapel on Oct. 31 by John R. Crofoot. Interment was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Arrangements were made through the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
