The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 9, 1986, p. 8 Mildred M. Taylor Miller, 78, of Fresno, Calif., died Jan. 3 in Fresno. She was born Dec. 30, 1907 in Texas and had lived in Wickenburg for 27 years prior to moving to California. She came to Wickenburg as teenager with her family and moved to Fresno in 1950. She was the daughter of D. W. and Minnie Hammon. Her father was the custodian of the Wickenburg and the Post Office for several years. Survivors include her husband, Aaron Miller; two sons, Robert Bond and Richard Bennett, all of Fresno; three sisters, Ruth Hanna, of Tucson, Ann Faucy, of New Hampshire and Rosa Harrison, of Fresno; two brothers, John Hammon, of Ohio and Davis Hammon, of Oroville, Calif.; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Services were first conducted in Fresno on Jan. 4 by Floyd Hammon. Graveside services were then conducted in Wickenburg on Jan. 6 at the Wickenburg Cemetery by Pastor Albert Cantrell.
