MERCHANT, Victor Morris

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 16, 1986, p. 10 Victor Morris Merchant, 69, of Wickenburg, died Jan. 7 in Wickenburg Community Hospital. An Arizona resident for nine years, Merchant was born April 9, 1016 in Des Moines, Iowa and had retired from the military on Oct. 19, 1964 after serving in the U. S. navy as a lieutenant during World War II. He is survived by his wife, Marie J. Merchant, of Wickenburg; one son, Steven, of Winchester, Va.; one daughter, Toni Fosnes, of Alhambra, Calif.; five grandchildren and two brothers; several nieces and nephews. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
