Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Saturday, July 24, 2010 Paul William Rogers, of Lake Havasu City, passed away July 5, 2010, at 12:38 p.m. He was born on May 29, 1922, in Martins Ferry, Ohio. He and wife, Hazel Rogers (deceased), retired to Lake Havasu City June 15, 1984. He was a production supervisor for Potlatch Paper Mill in Pomona, Calif. Paul was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy and Merchant Marines. He is survived by daughter, Sara Rogers, of San Leandro, Calif.; and stepdaughters, Mari E Crooker, of Beaumont, Calif., Vilma Galliano-Smith, of Australia, and Cindi Peterson of Palm Desert, Calif. Paul requested there be no services. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Salvation Army may be made on his behalf.
