Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Friday, July 30, 2010 Nancy Yvonne Lane, a long-time resident of Lake Havasu City, passed away July 27, 2010, in Prescott Valley. She was born in Russellville, Ark., Feb. 19, 1940, to Carl Jackson and Mary Kathryn McAllister Jackson. The former resident of Baldwin Park, Calif., moved to Lake Havasu City 17 years ago. She was a retired LVN from The Queen of the Valley Hospital in West Covina, Calif. Nancy is survived by her sister, Marilyn Louise Vermillion, of Lake Havasu City; and brother, Gary Phillip Jackson, of Ohio; daughter and son-in-law, Kathryn and Thomas Panzer, of Riverside, Calif.; daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Nick Mandella, of Lake Havasu City; son and daughter-in-law, Eual Douglas and Georgie Williamson, of Prescott Valley, son and daughter-in-law, Stephen Edward and Michelle Williamson, of Highland, Calif., and son, Frank Scott Crawford, of Bullhead City. She also left behind 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren who all will deeply miss and always love her. Nancy always had her refrigerator covered with pictures of her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. After she left for Prescott Valley, this message was found left on her refrigerator: It’s OK to cry because you’re going to miss somebody — those are good tears, and they show you care. And maybe, later on, you can remember the good times, and you’ll smile a little smile just for them.
