William J. Jones, 50, a Macedon and Canadaigua, N. Y. dairy farmer for 25 years, died Sept. 22 at the University of Arizona Medical Center, Tucson, following an extended illness.
Jones was born in Canadaigua, N. Y., had moved to Yuma in September 1985 and finally settled in Wickenburg in March 1986.
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Wickenburg. He was a member of Lions Club International and the American legion for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanette, of Wickenburg; one son, Roland Jones, Long Beach, Calif. one daughter, Kay Jones, of Beijing, China and an uncle, Myles J. Schrader, of Wickenburg.
Memorial services will be Oct. 4 at 3 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 179 Adams St.
